The key elements of the manufacturing technology of Pelso Fish Kft. have been designed and assembled to support and strengthen each other. In close proximity to the facilities is a biogas power plant owned by the corporate group, generating electrical energy and waste heat during operation. These resources are utilized by the company for optimal production. The company also provides its breeding-capable fish farming system with cost-effective energy and ensures a constant temperature for breeding in both winter and summer with the help of an air treatment system.
The development and mass production of feed with perfect nutritional values are essential for high-quality fish farming. These processes also take place in the production hall on the premises to ensure that the fish raised here receive the best possible nutrition, guaranteeing the finest fish meat for our customers.
The fish processing plant is located a few meters from the breeding area, ensuring that the processing of fish brought to market maturity occurs fresh, without the shock of transportation. This is of great importance both from the physiological perspective of the fish and for preserving their positive effects for human consumption. After collecting the innards of the processed fish, this by-product is transported to the biogas plant, where it is reused to generate useful heat and cost-effective electricity for the factory. This closes and simultaneously restarts the production cycle. Due to this cycle, the company forms a modern, green, and sustainable unit in food production.
